HOW TO ADD CUSTOM APP ICONS on your iPhone Home screen?

=> Download App Icons => Extract ZIP => Save to galaxy or folder location to select in step J.

A. Open the Shortcuts app on your iPhone / iPad

B. Tap on + on the top right to add a new shortcut

C. Tap the + Add Action button in the new shortcut

D. Tap the 'Scripting' option

E. Tap the 'Open App' option

F. Choose the app you want to customize with a new icon

G. Tap on the ellipses icon in the blue circle (below the 'Next' button)

H. Tap on 'Add to Home Screen' button

I. Add the name of the app and tap the default icon > Choose Photo

J. Choose your icon from the icon pack

K. Tap 'Add' on the top right of your screen

L. Your new app icon will be added to your device.

Also when opened, it will first redirect to the shortcuts app and then open the actual configured app. There is no way to get around this in iOS at the moment. But yeah the home screen looks different and stunning.
